Today is my husband's birthday so we're going out tonight. Fun!
B - Greek yogurt and PB2
L - Chicken Saag, no rice
Water - great
Vitamins - working on it
Exercise - treadmill when I get home after dinner
D - I think I'll be ordering grilled shrimp but will peruse menu in a bit more depth when at restaurant.
S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 5t collagen, 1t creatine)
B: half the insides of a french dip sandwich
L: sushi!
D: Froyo Protein shake. Or more sushi. Or I don't know. I think I'm out of my popsicles right now and I have no energy to make more. I might just skip it.
Water and vites: on track
Exercise: none, but I still made my fuel goal which is strange.
