S: 1/2 c. Pork & Beans
L: 3.5 oz. Zucchini Souffle
S: 3 pcs Turkey Deli Slices, 1 oz. Colby Jack Cheese, 1 wedge of LC Creamy Swiss Cheese
D: Not sure yet, maybe Meatballs w/ Marinara sauce or maybe a sandwich made with Shelly's Savory Ricotta Pancakes
Water: Need to catch up!

Exercise: 15 minute walk this morning and another 15-20 minute walk this afternoon

I'm so confused these days. My NUT wants me to eat three meals only, no food snacks but I can do a protein supplement. I have so many stalls...so she told me this today. I'm 4 months post op....I just don't know what to eat any more.
. You should be eating 3 meals daily and the protein supplement is your only snack. No food snacks. Your meals should consist of 2-3oz protein eaten first then 1/8c. or so of fruit or vegetable, then a few bites of starchy food IF you have room. So, at this point, the only fruit intake should be in the protein supplement or at a meal. Does that all make sense?
You know, so many people have so many different ways of doing this. I will say that this is almost exactly what I do except, after the protein, I can only do a bit or two of a veg. I do not eat fruit, yet, but plan on introducing it in maintenance, and I do not do starches. I would never have room. But yeah, it is almost exactly what my day looks like.
That's pretty much what my plan is. Three small meals a day plus a shake. My meals are 2-3 ounces of protein and a few bites of veg.
