It's Tuesday and I'm actually on the fence about my Popeyes tonight...

B:  Chef type salad
S:  Coffee w/fiber w/almond milk
L:  Beef Roast w/veggies
S:  Cottage Cheese w/pear
D:  Carnitas w/salad or Popeyes tbd

Water:  4/12
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  3 miles

Breakfast - balsamic chicken and roast cauliflower

Lunch - ham, cucumber salad

Dinner - roast lamb and veggies

vitamins - on schedule

water - 4 out of 6

exercise - recumbent bike - done

Hi Ms. Shell.  Not feeling the Popeye's so much today???

B: I am debating if I should eat.  I lagged this morning and now lunch is scheduled at 11:30am, less than 2 hours away.  I will probably munch on some turkey pepperoni and a slice of provolone.  I know it's not the breakfast of champions but oh well.

L: Going to CRAVE with my co-worker & John!  Omlette for me, yum!  (well, 1/2 of it anyway)

S: maybe munch on some of my left-over omlette

D: not sure yet.  Maybe grab some chicken on the way home

Water, Vits, Walking - CHECK!!!

I've been really focused on what I'm doing and have lost 12lbs in the last 21 days.  I HAVE had Popeyes, but just not sure.  I actually just looked and the week I had Popeyes I didn't "stray" on my plan.  The week I didn't have it I did, so NOW that makes me rethink.  So I've decided to have my Popeyes this week!!

Ok.. Ms. Shell! How did you lose the 12 lbs in 21 days??  I am back! Hahahahha

I don't know LOL!!!  Obviously associate it with eating Popeyes on Tuesday =)

Honestly I'm still working out some things and I promised myself 100 days before I announce "victory" so let me get back to you =)

You don't want Popeyes ?1?!? Is nothing sacred?  This might be the end of the world as we know it.  :)

L: A salad with Alan's chili mixed in and dressed with Pico de gallo and lite sour cream

D: grilled tilapia with mango chutney 

Snacks: Will eat as needed.  mushroom bake, and/or kefir

L - almost 1/2 tuna wrap (couldn't do the last 4 bites, it would have taken me over the edge) lol

D - turkey spaghetti (without the pasta)

Exercise - walking 2 miles tonight
