B: I am debating if I should eat. I lagged this morning and now lunch is scheduled at 11:30am, less than 2 hours away. I will probably munch on some turkey pepperoni and a slice of provolone. I know it's not the breakfast of champions but oh well.
L: Going to CRAVE with my co-worker & John! Omlette for me, yum! (well, 1/2 of it anyway)
S: maybe munch on some of my left-over omlette
D: not sure yet. Maybe grab some chicken on the way home

I've been really focused on what I'm doing and have lost 12lbs in the last 21 days. I HAVE had Popeyes, but just not sure. I actually just looked and the week I had Popeyes I didn't "stray" on my plan. The week I didn't have it I did, so NOW that makes me rethink. So I've decided to have my Popeyes this week!!
You don't want Popeyes ?1?!? Is nothing sacred? This might be the end of the world as we know it. :)
B: coffee with milk
L: A salad with Alan's chili mixed in and dressed with Pico de gallo and lite sour cream
D: grilled tilapia with mango chutney
Snacks: Will eat as needed. mushroom bake, and/or kefir

L - almost 1/2 tuna wrap (couldn't do the last 4 bites, it would have taken me over the edge) lol
