Happy Saturday everyone. I am in the air on my way to the out re banks in North Carolina. Super excited to visit my family. We are having a baby shower for my sister tomorrow :). I got to the gym early this morning so I could make use to workout despite the travel. And I packed a little lunch cooler with some snacks, so hoping things are pretty on track.

Ah-ha! That makes sense, and I hear you :P I take birth control, prilosec, and tramadol as soon as I wake up. Then vitamins all go with meals and Actigall with breakfast and dinner. Fun times :P

S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 5t collagen, 1t creatine) - I tried out a new powder today and it was amazing. Syntrax Peanut Butter Cookie. I think I'll alternate it with my usual so that I don't get too spoiled. Seriously good stuff.
