Yay Tuesday! Tomorrow is Wednesday which is a sort of mid-week rest day for me. All I have is cardio at the gym!
B: leftover greek lamb feta meatball! Delicious.
S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 1.5T collagen) - I had half prior to yoga and half after pilates.
S: 5 cold grilled spears of asparagus
L: back to Grille 13 for trivia. I have a few ideas of what I might get, but nothing is calling to me right now.
D: Froyo protein popsicle
Water and vites: on track
Exercise: 60 minutes yoga, 60 minutes pilates, 60 minutes physical therapy.
