I was able to do Mother's Day, including lunch out, w/ NO off plan eating. I'm so grateful my husband and kids decided that a cake or cupcakes or chocolates were no longer a requirement. :-)
B - Protein Bar
L - leftover Thai Basil Chicken
D - Lemon Garlic marinated chicken thigh
Water - good
Vitamins - going to take them right now!
Exercise - treadmill later
B: GNC Lean - Pumpkin Spice Shake
S: 1/2 c. Pork & Beans
L: 3 slices Turkey deli meat, 1 oz White Cheddar Cheese, 1 wedge of Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss Cheese (13g Protein Total!)
S: Chike Strawberry Shake
D: Not sure yet. Will be running around the mall tonight, so I should probably look up some ideas for quick on-the go foods.
Water: 38oz out of 64 at mid-afternoon
Vitamins: Yep!
Exercise: Walking during breaks at work. Nice thing about losing weight is that the heat doesn't bother me as much on my walks.
B- One scoop of Chike with a cup of coffee
L- 3 of Suzie's multigrain popcakes
1 tbsp. Cilantro, Almond Pesto
2.5 oz. of Honey Smoked Ham
D- 2 oz. multi-grain nut homemade bread
2.5 oz. chicken breast skinless baked
1 oz. Red and brown lentils with coconut milk and curry
S- Arctic zero Vanilla Maple Ice Cream
Dannon Lite and Fit Greek yogurt
S: frankenshake (protein powder, 2T benefiber, 1.5T collagen, 1 dose miralax) - I've been feeling a little constipated so wanted to get a dose of miralax in to get things moving. I had half of this shake on the way to yoga and half on the way to the gym after yoga.
B: leftover burger with cheese - I added the cheese to take it up to 3 ounces. Tasty!
L: stir fry with chicken, tofu, asparagus, and green onions
D: Froyo protein popsicle
Water and vites: on track!
Exercise: 60 minute yoga class and 60 minutes on the treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.23 miles. :(
