Good monday morning everyone!! I had a great weekend, complete with a long walk/run (7.32 miles) and another walk (4.73). I'm slowly but surely getting ready for my half marathon!!

I am slowing dragging myself to Onderland. Finally got the scale to move. Lost 1.5 lbs last week. Now I only need 3.1 lbs!
Biked 28.3 miles on Saturday in the cold and wind. This is bike to work week so I will bike Tues, Thur, and Friday.
B - crustless quishe & coffee and creamer.

S - Ham roll ups with LC cheese
Pre work-out - 1/2 premier protein shake Post - the other 1/2.

This was a hectic weekend, but I had a great time. Time to buckle up and face the music today. I am still under the high end of my goal range, but the weight (mostly from sodium) is creeping up a bit. Back to basics today.
B: Had a big breakfast, two eggs and a quarter of fried potato. I know, I know, the fried potato isn't on plan. In my defense, it had the skin on and it was just a little bit. Not typical for me, but I was really craving it and it was already in my refrigerator from last night. I will work it into the rest of the day's plan.
L: Large (about a two cup) salad with chicken breast (not much chicken, this is mostly veggies).
D: Trout stuffed with garlic and lemon and grilled on the BBQ outside by Alan ( I hate to cook this indoors, can't get the smell out for days).
Snacks: broccoli salad, eggplant caviar (Russian dish) on pieces of chicken tenders. I might skip the snacks today because of the big breakfast. I will have to see what my hunger levels will be later in the day.
B: protein chocolate hazelnut coffee
L: smoothing king chocolate peanut butter protein shake
D: chicken and sausage gumbo no rice
S: kind dark chocolate and sea salt bar
water/vitamins: on track
