Hey Shell!  Great job on the mileage.  I'm so proud of your half aspirations!  Can't wait to hear how that goes.  Will this be your first or have you done one before?

B - Greek Yogurt and PB2

L - High Protein Smoothie

D - Not sure - taking MIL out for Mother's Day.  Possibly Japanese - or Applebee's - or Ruby Tuesday.

Water - good

Vitamins - need to take them

Exercise - Will do something tonight, finally!  Tai Chi, probably

Awww thank you!!

This will actually be my 4th Half Marathon.  I'm a walker so I want to work on my time.  I shaved 15 minutes off my last one and wanted to shave another 15 off this one but I haven't been training AT ALL.  Only time will tell =)

That's great!  I am working on being a runner but last time I ran a race I got passed by some walkers.  LMAO

I had to wait six weeks to do anything other than walking so I wasn't able to do pilates either.  I'm jealous!

Mine says 2 weeks, but I can assure you that I will be very gentle when I do start a month out from surgery!
