TGIF baby!! Let's hear those menus!! I ended up doing 4 miles yeserday instead of 3. I'm gearing up for my Half Marathon on June 1st woot woot!!

S: Boiled Egg; Cherry Tomatoes
D: Chicken Sausage scramble; salad

B - 1 egg, protein shake on way to work
S - greek yogurt w/chia seeds
L - 2 oz. chicken w/1 T. mayo, 10 grapes
S - P3 portable protein pack
D - 6 meatballs w/marinara sauce
That's it - I'm going hard-core because I did not like the results I saw at my kickboxing class after 5 weeks of this hard-ass working out :-(

L- Small 1.5 oz salad w dressing, Baked chicken, squash, 5 pita chips w/ hummus, 1.5 pc skinny cow choc.
S- (If needed) Cantaloupe, Greek yog.
D- Sticks- Chicken kebab w/ cucumber sauce
Gym- 1 hour Aerobics, 30 mins elliptical
Water- ALWAYS need more
Vits- NONE need to get that together!
OMG what a crazy day - it is 2pm and I have only had my chike (I have already run and done yoga though!) and I started w/ a 7am conference call.

D - buffalo chicken meatballs & brussel sprouts
S - cottage cheese & berries
E - 4 mile fast run! & yoga

L: in theory I'll be making lamb meatballs with Greek orzo and roasted asparagus and eating the appropriate sleeve-friendly combination of foods. If I can move.

Exercise: 50 minutes Tai Chi, 50 minutes Pilates, 63 minutes treadmill at 1% incline for a total of 2.57 miles
