B. 8 oz syntrax mint cookie protien.. it took 2 hrs but old did it...
S. 8 peanuts
L.3 oz tilapia in lemon and olive oil with dill yummy
D. Well that's going to be tuff taking my kids and my granddaughter to chuckle cheese so idk... maybe a few wings
Water a bit slow but I'll pick it up. .

B: Healthwise Protein Hot Coco with Benefiber and Starbucks instant coffee added...my sinful morning
Snack 1: Nectar Protein Drink: Grapefruit mixed with 3 cups of water to help me with my fluids (my struggle)
Lunch: Frisco's killer Crustless Quiche, I made it with Swiss Chard this week. I like it with spinach better but felt getting in different greens would be good for me.
Snack: Cauliflower, 2 oz.
Dinner: Scallops grilled on my George Foreman...it's works great....who knew!!! :) and a little spinach
Snack 2: Healthwise Vanilla Cappuccino with benefiber
Vitamins: on track
exercise: going to walk later, did PT this am
B: EAS protein shake.
L: EAS protein shake.
S: Vegetable broth, SF jello.
D: Premier protein shake with decaf instant coffee granules.
S: Vegetable broth, SF jello, SF popsicle.
