D - Girl & the Goat w/ a great friend who moved to San Fran and I haven't seen in months :)!!!!

E - 6 mile run (was going for 7, but the treadmill cut me off at 60 mins)
W - on track
V - at lunch
B- Hot chocolate protein drink/coffee
L-Sweet & Sour Turkey meatballs with steamed green beans
S-Wild Cherry Greek Yogurt
Afternoon coffee with non dairy coconut coffee creamer
D-Maybe meatballs again..made a huge batch yesterday or a marinated chicken breast with veggies..will decide when I get home.
Water and Vit..on track
Excercise-Not into it lately..will try..but not likely. Right now the eliptical is a very nice clothes hanger..lol
Hi Ms. Shell!!! It's been a busy morning. I took my kids to school which I love!!! I love when my daughter waves good-bye before going into the classroom and practically trips from not paying attention where she is walking because she is blowing me kisses. OMG! That melts me! Makes me ready to concur the day!
B: Chicken sausage, HB egg, 1 slice provolone
S: no snack because breakfast was eaten late, plus my staff meeting!
L: mini chicken cesear salad
S: Greek Yogurt
D: Chicken Thigh, steamed veggies

Ugh - I've been "sliding" for the past month or so. I can blame it on a number of things, but it all comes down to me. So, I'm taking a step back to get back on track! Headed to the mother-in-law's this weekend for Mother's day, and want to get my good habits back before we get there :) Planning for success, right?

Trying a new brand tonight - Vega protein shake/smoothie that's plant-based. Anyone out there tried it?
Back on track?.....not quite but a whole lot better. No crap at all. Need to widdle down the calories and carbs.
Day 2
B - egg beaters & coffee with a smaller amount of creamer.
S - turkey with small amount jalapeño cream cheese for some zip. No SF hot chocolate, hot tea instead.
L - mini meat loaf and 1/4 cup salad
S - Light & Fit GY
D - muffin tin crustless quiche eggs, onions, red peppers, cheese and diced ham
S - premier protein drink
W - on track
V - on track
X - upper body strength then long walk with my dog.
