Working the next 5 nights in a row so exercise is going to be tough for me. I have my kettlebell at work. I hope I can make time for that. I'm also so bummed I'll be missing the Derby! I'll be driving in to work when they're running it.

I'm here visiting Alison. She had back surgery yesterday. She's doing well. We colored some velvet art & are just catching up. ;)
B: no breakfast.
L: Alison's mom made us some grilled chicken with peppers & onions, yum!
S: chicken thigh
D: shrimp & avocado on bed of greens
water, Vits, Walking ... Check!

This week has been odd, not real hungry at all!
B - 12 oz shake - Isopure zero carb vanilla and Click mocha espresso
L - 1/2 Kroger carb master yogurt
S - String cheese or babybel mini
D - Tuna salad and 6 oz shake before bed
E - Walking hopefully - its hot in Las Vegas today!
V - 1 of 2
W - shake only so far and about half a bottle of water...gotta work to get it in!
B- Pro Nutrition French Vanilla Protein Shake blended with ice and instant coffee. Topped with hand whipped whip cream and half a serving of sugar free chocolate sauce.
L- Jalepeno Jack Jenny O Turkey burger wrapped in iceberg and garnished with fresh organic spicy salsa.
D- I liked lunch a lot so I had the same thing for dinner.
Vitamins- taking my last two calcium pills now and then done for the day
Water- about 50 ounces so far
E- walked to and from work which totals a little over 3 mile****ting the gym in two hours and doing light exercise a 30 min elliptical and 30 min treadmill.
