I don't know for sure...
But as long as you have all your medical records to prove surgery, you should be ok. You can even ask your surgeon to write a back to work release date X many weeks out... Hope that helps!

I've been through this with my mother, it doesn't matter where you have surgery as long as you have proof and you fax in the copies. Hope that helps.
