My last work day for the week and Vegas bound tomorrow!!  Yeah baby (in my Austin Powers voice)!!

B:  Spinach Quiche
S:  Coffee; Almond Milk
L:  Chicken Breast; Salad
S:  Boiled Egg
D:  Salmon; Spinach

Water:  8/10
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  Rest Day

D - ???  Support group and I didn't plan well.  Probably will drink a protein shake because I do have one with me.

Exercise - because I get home so late I'll probably just work in a quick kettlebell workout and be done.

D:  Don't know yet.  Going on an overnight field trip with 80 9 and 10 year olds.  They will serve dinner but I have to assume it's something off plan, so will probably get some jerky and a ready made shake to drink

L-My homemade chicken soup..I still have a lot portions frozen in the freezer..will be eating this for weeks..lol.

S-Orange bell pepper cut up with 2TBSP hummus

D-Don't know yet..have some chicken at home..or some shrimp and side of veggies

Excercise-Day off I think..not feeling my best today..will see how I feel later.

D.  Chicken salad with a touch of mayo and lemon juice pureed

L: hormel turkey bean chili( loaded w protein) puréed 

S: Greek yogurt w/ tbsp of protein

D: wife's delicious homemade meatball puréed with sauce

exercise: 3 miles walking during sons lacrosse practice

Vegas sounds like fun!   I am going to Sonoma this weekend and it's going to rain.  Drats.  

B: coffee and milk

L: tilapia and salad

D: prosciutto wrapped prawns and baby field greens from the farm box.

Possible snacks: fresh mozzarella with tomato and olive oil or/and Greek yogurt with blueberries

B: 12 oz Shake = 4 oz unsweetend almond milk, 8 oz water, 1 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla and 1 scoop Click Mocha Espresso

L: Refried Beans w/cheese and red sauce w/ 5 gr flavorless protein added

S: Sting cheese (if Hungry)

D: Another shake (6 oz) and some more Refried beans is there is room

Water: 14 oz so far, working on it.

Vitamins 1 of 2 done
