Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!
Fantastic--I am now one of those obnoxious people who consults my therapist for life decisions, and I am sooooo glad I started seeing her regularly! I also wanted to say I completely identify with eating on trips. We've had two car trips since I had my surgery and though I always pack healthy protein options, the siren song of the crap food is hard to ignore. I'm not hungry. I don't feel good after eating junk, so I don't know why I do it. I've come to dread car travel because of the constant temptation, which doesn't get me much any other time.

E: dog walk & swimming
1st support group/seminar - 8/03 (has it been that long?)

B: 1 scoop of click with almond milk
S: doppio espresso with cream (my reward for spinning)
L/2nd snack: KFC grilled chicken breast
D: grilling pork chops and reduced fat hot dogs
S: some greek yogurt to get a hit of protein before bed.
W: 6 so far
V: done
E: spinning for 50 minutes then some weight training
