Dinner - mustard crusted flank steak, or salmon if I have the energy to make it
water - low maybe 3 out of 6! yikes

exercise - not yet Just finished teaching, so soon.

S - maybe a small chobani bite greek yogurt.
D - unsure but probably the rest of the baked ricotta dish
E - Boxing class
W - Working on it
V - still figuring these out
B: whole grain pancake, turkey bacon
S: greek yogurt w raspberries, blueberries & almonds
L: citrus salad - spinach, grapefruit, tangerine, swiss cheese, pecans, avocado, chicken
D: filet w sauteed peppers & onions & baked potato
S: protein pudding
W: enough

Only on a WLS board would people be eating the SAME DISH ALL WEEK LONG. :) I love it!
B: 1 scoop of chike with almond milk
S: double espresso with a little heavy cream (this was my second in two days. normally I don't have then that often, but I was chaperoning a field trip with three kindergarten classes today--I needed it)
L: 1/2 a premier protein shake, 1/2 a sonic jr cheeseburger patty, and in a moment of weakness, 1/2 a sonic mozarella stick
S: 1/2 c pistachios
D: slow cooker kalua pork
Will have either a nectar or a light and fit greek yogurt with hemp hearts later tonight too.
Water: 4 cups (way behind, working on it now)
Vitamins: Behind there too and working on it :)
Exercise: no gym, too tired. At 8k on the fitbit though.
