It's a beautiful day!  Did a little gardening, updated my gardening journal, did my Tai Chi outside, and am going to see Wicked tonight!

B - Banana Greek yogurt with PB2

L - Tilapia

D - Pork Roast

E - Tai Chi

Water - Good

Vits - good

Breakfast - meatloaf with cheddar cheese

Lunch - crock pot salsa chicken with cheddar cheese

Dinner - mustard crusted flank steak,  or salmon if I have the energy to make it

water - low maybe 3 out of 6! yikes

vitamins - on schedule

exercise - not yet  Just finished teaching, so soon.

 

    

Surgery May 1, 2013. Starting Weight 385,  Surgery Weight 333,  Current Weight 160.  At GOAL!

Hi everyone! Joining this for the first time in a looooong time.  But I'm at the puree stage so be prepared for the excitement that is my diet....

B - Protein shake (chocolate)

S - Small iced coffee

L - Eggface's ricotta recipe

S - maybe a small chobani bite greek yogurt.

D - unsure but probably the rest of the baked ricotta dish

E - Boxing class

W - Working on it

V - still figuring these out

B: whole grain pancake, turkey bacon

S: greek yogurt w raspberries, blueberries & almonds

L: citrus salad - spinach, grapefruit, tangerine, swiss cheese, pecans, avocado, chicken

D: filet w sauteed peppers & onions & baked potato

S: protein pudding

 

W: enough

vits: yep

Ex: dog hike in hills, swimming

Only on a WLS board would people be eating the SAME DISH ALL WEEK LONG. :) I love it!

B:  1 scoop of chike with almond milk

S:  double espresso with a little heavy cream (this was my second in two days. normally I don't have then that often, but I was chaperoning a field trip with three kindergarten classes today--I needed it)

L:  1/2 a premier protein shake, 1/2 a sonic jr cheeseburger patty, and in a moment of weakness, 1/2 a sonic mozarella stick

S:  1/2 c pistachios

D:  slow cooker kalua pork

Will have either a nectar or a light and fit greek yogurt with hemp hearts later tonight too.  

Water:  4 cups (way behind, working on it now)

Vitamins:  Behind there too and working on it :)

Exercise:  no gym, too tired.  At 8k on the fitbit though.

M1 -24 lbs  M2 -11  M3 -14 M4 -6 lb(total loss:  55)
