Bit of a carby struggle today. I'm pleased with my results so far but getting sick of the routine.
B: half strength chike with SF raspberry and white chocolate syrup, and 8 oz almond milk. Also had a couple spoonfuls of breakfast casserole (egg and sausage) at my kids' school volunteer breakfast. Did pretty well, considering.
L: Half a bratwurst
S: Tried some sun dried tomato/olive oil tuna. Hated it. Then had half a carb conscious protein bar.
D: Went out with my family to a burger place. I had about a third of a cheeseburger patty. But I also had about 6 fries, with ketchup :-/
S: Perky jerky (so good)
W: yep
V: still working
E: 30 minutes of the weird sit down elliptical, no strength training. I'm sick of the gym lately, and I don't usually get sick of the gym. I need to snap out of it.
