L:  Taco meat w/mexican cauliflower "rice"
S:  Almond Milk
D:  Chicken Salad w/celery

Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  ??

I'm en route to NYC at the moment. I had a protein shake for breakfast and we decided to eat at union station in DC. 

I found out that I was able to get a 2 ounce "lox add on" to my partners bagel, on the side, for only $3.40!  (I thought I was going to need to order the lox bagel, hold everything, at the cost of $8.79!)  So score!  I only at one ounce, but it was super and tasty. (This was at Einstein Bros. I can't eat their bagels even if I wanted to since they still use HFCS.)

No idea what the rest of the day holds for me.

And last night we had another cold front come through with winds gusting to 20 mph and tomorrow will be down in the 30's again. What happened to spring?

B: protein coffee
L: southwestern red chicken soup
D: more soup and maybe a green salad with some tuna
S: greek yogurt

Breakfast - meatloaf and roasted zucchini and red peppers

Lunch - salmon and cucumber salad

Dinner - flank steak and mixed veggies

vitamins - like clockwork

water - 2.5 out of 6 - better get going

exercise - recumbent bike after lunch
