I love skinnytaste.  Whenever I want to cook something I go on their to see if she has a version of it first!

I'll be off for the next few days, here's hoping I manage to eat okay!

B: 4 ounces leftover Chipotle - I didn't fini**** I guess I ate 3 ounces.
S: protein shake with 2T Benefiber, 1 dose Miralax, 1/2T collagen
L: Chicken cordon bleu rollups
D: FroYo Protein Popsicle

Vitamins and water: On track
Exercise: 60 minutes on the treadmill at 2.2mph with 1% incline

Skinny tea

1st break boiled egg and 2 dill pickles

L: 3 oz of left over pork loin, 30 grams old cheddar, 1/4 c veggies

mid afternoon boiled egg and 2 pickles

Mushroom Pasta Primavera with shiitaki noodles.. 

Vits.. Krill oil
