I misssssssssssss you more!!! Hehehe, I have a secret that you won't find out about until next week. No big deal, but it made me laugh hysterically and think of you. I may have been making a care package for my very best friend who happens to be having surgery next Thursday and I found a perfect item to put in it. 

You'll see soon enough....keep an eye out in your mail early next week.

Is it a testosterone inhibitor?  Bc seriously, I'm not sure what I'm going to do when I can't have relations for so long and I can't swing my bells either :)  Hahahaha.  You are seriously the sweetest, most awesome chickadee in the whole world.  I love you to pieces, bestie!  You will have something arriving in the mail in not too long as well :)

Jenn, it's becoming a legitimate medical condition.  My libido is out of control.  I guess it's a healthier and cheaper transfer addiction than shopping, but holy **** it's distracting :)  Here's hoping all the narcotics they will give me for the pain put a freeze on it.  Good grief.

Hi,

All the meals sound so good today.  I'm going to have to try the tai chicken curry.  yum.

Breakfast - salmon, cucumber salad

Lunch - Harvest chicken salad

dinner - meat loaf with roasted zucchini and red peppers

water - 2 out of 6 - I better get movin'

vitamins - done

exercise - love my recumbent bike!

Geez Ms. Shell.  I need to make a crustless quiche.  My only issue of not making one is that I feel like I will want to eat all servings at once!  I bet it's pretty dense though, right?  I need to bite the bullet and make some!
