Happy Friday!  

B: 1 egg scrambled with 1 slice of ham, 1 teaspoon salsa, 1 wedge laughing cow light cheese - I ate about 2/3.
S: protein shake with 2T Benefiber, 1 dose Miralax, 1/2T collagen
L: CHIPOTLE!!  (I'll be getting a burrito bowl with double chicken, veg, guacamole, cheese, and black beans.  And I'll be measuring out 4 ounces and probably only eating 3.  I can't wait.)
D: FroYo Protein Popsicle

Yum parm tilipia.  I'm planning tilapia piccata last next week and can't wait!  I love tilapia.

HellOOooooOOooo Ms. Shell   (((((  miss youuuuuuuuu and so glad your still here) 

Ok so i am 3 years 2 months and 12 days out. I gained 20 and lost 6 of it just by eating clean again. I just found out how many foods I am allergic too...  alot even some healthy food... I am going to plastics on the 22nd if I can get rid of this cold and if not, then i will have plastics the first week of may sometime.  I had a fever for two days and now I have a cold. So this is what I am eating for me...  dont recommend it for anyone else. I am back to eating clean again after two months of eating crap food triggered by steroids and getting off my medication topamax which they said suppresses appetite but i didnt feel it as much. getting off of it was a different story. (( for me ))  This is where I am at 3 years out.  I do eat differently than alot of people here and again dont recommend it and as you all know I have been green shaking it since 7 months out.  I wouldnt change my eating path for a second. I have kept my weight off until 2 months ago when i did change my food.

 

B: Blueberries  (i feel I need Vitamin C)

S:  Organic fresh squeezed orange juice  (i feel I need Vitamin C)

L: Veggie Soup with Shrimp added. Veggies are Kale, spinach, oyster mushrooms, green beans, cabbage, tumeric, garlic, braggs amino acid, and a tiny drop of chili paste, chicken broth & lemon.

S:  Organic fresh squeezed OJ  ( i need the vitamin C)

D: More soup... Same     (cold)

 

Cant take vitamins now due to surgery. I have to get my vitamins through foods
