Please report back and let us know how they are!  (I do a pouch per 8 ounces of yogurt, so a 24 ounce container of yogurt gets three pouches of Syntrax.)

Morning all!

B - chike

S - clementine & string cheese

L - chicken buffalo meatball & carrots

S - greek yogurt (if I can get some -- locked in a conference room)

D - homemade kung pao chicken

S - pistachios

E - 5 mile run & maybe a swim

W - a bit behind

L-Chopped egg with light mayo and steamed broccoli

S-Greek yogurt

Afternoon coffee with non dairy coconut creamer

S-Hmm..not sure yet..some protein with veggies

B: clementine - I've been bad with planning breakfasts

L: half a WW wheat wrap with some rotisserie chicken, corn/black bean mixture, and a tablespoon of shredded cheese microwaved with a little guac on the side

S: maybe some salt and vinegar almonds

D: I think chicken paprika with roasted asparagus

S: ice pop

 

Fluid: ok

X: cardio tonight maybe some weights with the hubby

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

Breakfast - crock pot balsamic chicken and cucumbers in yogurt

Dinner - crack slaw or chicken salad -depending on my mood

S: 1 slice chedar cheese, 1 slice boars head turkey 4 cherry tomatoes

L: zuchini and dill omelet, 1tbspn cottage cheese
