Hi.  Haven't been here in a while.  The FroYo Protein Popsicle sounds interesting as (1) it gets warmer; (2) I am looking to find easy ways to get my protein in.  Is that is a pre-made product you buy or a homemade recipe? If so, can you share?

Thanks!

I make them myself :)  I just mix Greek yogurt with Syntrex's Fuzzy Navel protein powder, spoon it into popsicle molds, and stick it in the freezer.  Really easy and extremely tasty!

(I assume that any flavor you like would work well, but fruit flavors are likely the best.)

Yum! Maybe I'll try that with my Syntrax cookies and cream powder and make a healthy Cookies 'n Cream protein pop.
