I have to head to the airport about 3:30, so I am playing w/ my meal times to kill the need for me to eat a meal while traveling.
B - chike
S - greek yogurt
L - quinoa chicken cheesey bake
D - buffalo turkey meatballs (early --3:15ish)
S - string cheese or peanuts on the plane
S - pistachios if I need them
(sometimes I breakdown and have a quest bar or half on the plane. If I do, I'll get rid of some of the nuts.
E - Spinning - this was a great class, but I got a blister!

Having to change things up so I can get in enough calories for the super-increase in exercise I start this week:
B - 1 egg, 1/4 P28 bagel w/butter, 1 strawberry
S - string cheese, small apple
L - mushroom swiss burger (no bread)
S - Oscar Mayer P3 portable protein pack
D - salmon, broccoli
S - greek yogurt w/chia seeds

Exercise: Pilates this morning and 45 minutes of kickboxing tonight
Hi Ms. Shell. I'm feeling fat & bloated & just effing pissy that my monthly visitor might be showing face too soon this month. I really should just get "fixed" like a damn dog. Humph!

S: the other 1/2 chicken breast
L: Atkins Mocha Latte RTD protein shake (feeling too chubs to want to eat heavy today)
D: not sure, maybe munch on the last chicken breast without skin (I hate feeling so bloated!)
Gawd, what a whiner I am today. I just didn't wake up feeling ready for a new week. (sigh...)
Water, Vits, Walking ... check! My fitbit is only at 1445 steps today. It's only 10:30am but I need to get moving! I hit 10,022 steps yesterday. Not bad for using my fitbit for the first time!

All is good except I have the munchies and all I want to do it eat! I'm not stressed, but maybe a little bored... and I have two hours before I eat again. The struggle continues...

L: 4 Chick fil A grilled nuggets, but I went one bite too far and most of it came back up.

Exercise: kettle bell and medicine ball circuit at home. Wanted to go to the gym but have 2 kids home with me, so I made do.

B - Greek yogurt w/ 1 T peanut butter (the peanut butter was an afterthought and it did NOT work for me. Tasted delicious but, I'm guessing it was the sugar I haven't had in almost 3 months, had me cramping and in the bathroom after about 30 minutes. Rough! Will try w/ PB2 next time.)
L - Roasted turkey
D - Pulled pork w/ 2 tsp bbq sauce
Will have a protein coffee later to perk me up. If I remember correctly, I had one at about 3 this morning, too. My protein should be rocking today!
E - brought a Tai Chi DVD to work to wake me up when things get slow. This is a first time to bring it here. I hope I can work it in!!!
