I suck baaaaalls!!!!!!!!!!  Check it out ... Yup, I owe it.  But I still suck.

B: 1/2 of a restaurant turkey bacon/spinach omlette w/half slice of dry sourdough bread (small slice but still) I asked the damn server to NOT give me that bread but she did anyway.  Being as weak as I am with sourdough mainly, I freakin' ate it.  Shoot me now!!!!

L: same as breakfast (damn leftovers ... & yes, the other 1/2 of the bread ... boooooo!)

D: Chicken Thigh & nothing else if I can help it!!!!

S: who am I kidding?  I know I'll want a snack!!!!  low carb fo sho!!!!!

That was MEEEE on Sunday I was like NO bread, b*tch brought bread, I ate one piece and left the other on my plate with my other half.  When she asked to box it I was PLEASE do NOT put that bread in the box!!

I cannot go into a Red Losbter with those cheese biscuits.  I think they put crack in them ... mama want!!!!!!

Breakfast - ham and green bean casserole - yum - I finished it today!

Lunch - stuffed green peppers and cucumber with yogurt sauce

Dinner - pork chop with Mushrooms and a green veggie

vitamins - done

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - going soon...

S-cottage cheese & peaches

Off to doctor appointment. Get here and the scheduler put it on friday. When i made it yesterday she said Thursday. I find out today my doc isnt un on thursdays.ARG!!!  They are letting me see another doctor since I live a ways away.

L-2 light & fit greek strawberry cheesecake yogurts. I know, I know...I dont need 2. But I wanted 2!!!  plus 1/2 oktoberfest sausage. I split it with a friend.

D-chicken enchilada casserole

W-yes. 40 oz down

V-nope. Per doctor

E- 1st mile down. 2 more to go.

I sure hope this day improves...
