CROCKPOT BALSAMIC CHICKEN
1Tbs garlic powder
1/2 cup basil
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp pepper
2 Tbs onion powder
2Tbs olive oil
1/2 Tbs chopped garlic
1small onion sliced thin or chopped if you prefer
1/2 cup balsamic
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl..
coat both sides of the chicken..
to bottom of crock add olive oil, chopped garlic and sliced onion...
place chicken on top
pour balsamic over chicken
cook on high 4 hours
i make a slurry out of water and cornstarch to make the balsamic less runny if you do this cook an extra 5 minutes to thicken.

Hello all! I had another bad food / drink night last night. OMG - partying w/ colleagues is hard!

S - nuts (yogurt if I can get some)

Rain in the forecast for the next several days, but spring must be here because my allergies have arrived ;( Got some shrubs planted yesterday evening, so at least I won't have to water them ;)
B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer...1/2 hr later-1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/ 1 tsp sf Torani syrup
L: 3 oz Tuna, 1 boiled Egg & 1 tbsp Miracle Whip
S: Cheese stick, 1 pack cinnamon almonds
D: Taco Salad, w/4 oz lean ground beef & 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp salsa
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax
X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 min strength/weight training & abs
W: Working on it
V: Done

B: 1/2 Atkins Advantage Shake with 1 scoop of unflavored unjury (21g protein) shaken and poured over crushed ice - Cafe Caramel
S: Still sippin breakfast
L: Couple of bites of chopped steak and a couple of spoonfuls of lima beans (14g protein)
S:Crystal light with unflavored unjury (21g Protein) 1 pack fills my 32 oz. thermos
D: Probably a thin deli slice of turkey rolled with a this slice of cheese

This is what postop week 3 looks like. I can't eat or drink much. Hope I'm doing ok. I worry and am borderline regretful thus far, but I think that will change.
