This Day 2 of getting back on track for me and hubby. Body is definitely not happy with me lol

 

B: Click Protein Coffee, Decaf

S: Coffee

L: Leftovers, Grilled chicken with bakes parsnips and carrots

S: Yogurt

D: Grilled Boca Burger & mixed vegies

Water: 7/12

Vitamins: check

Exercise: 1 mile HIIT walking and 4 miles on bike

Busy day - meetings all day.

breakfast - ham and green bean casserole

lunch - stuffed green pepper with cucumber in yogurt sauce

dinner - Chicken and sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes

vitamins - yes

water - good

exercise - probably not today...
