Whatcha eating today VSGers...Wednesday!!
Oh boy last night was not the best. (But it use tasted that way)
today will be tough. I'm going to the keys for 'work', but I'm going to try my best. At the airport now, so already making the tough choices.

d - unsure hopefully Mexican so I can have meat

v - later - missed yesterday
Last night I got in great protein and water, but had to do it with two protein drinks. I think those are my best bets when I'm too busy to eat at work.
B: syntrax lemonade
L: homemade chili with cheese
S: dannon greek light n fit peach yogurt
S: hard boiled egg or cheddar cheese
D: some sort of chicken dish
S: protein hot chocolate and almond milk I also made a homemade chicken stock the other day so will probably sip on that!
W: 2/10
V: halfway
Ended up with a really good, clean food day yesterday - oh the relief!
B - hard-boiled egg, protein shake on way to work
S - Oscar Mayer P3 pack
L - 3 oz. tuna w/mayo, SF bread & butter pickle
D - greek yogurt w/chia seeds
D - salmon and veggies
S (if needed) - 1/2 a Quest bar

Exercise: treadmill when I get home tonight
