I used to love the olives from the deli, along with the marinated mushrooms.

How could anyone live this long and not know what comprises a dirty martini?  Well, better late than never.  I always asked for extra olives.  Oh, to be able to drink again.  Whoa is me.

Breakfast - stuffed green pepper

Lunch - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes - yum

Dinner - left over steak tips from dinner out - yum

water - ok

vitamins - done

exercise - 20 minutes on recumbent bike - done!

(I'm sensing that I may begin clucking if I don't shake up my protein!)

No snacks but I'll drink a Syntrax shake in my coffee tonight.  Back on night shift so need the boost.  I don't know if it will be before or after midnight, though, so don't know if it will be today or tomorrow!  lol)

Exercise:  not today, got back from a long trip last night and slept 4 hours...pretty tired.

B- French Vanilla Pro Nutrition Protein Shake blended with ice and instant coffee. Topped with of tbsp. hand whipped cream and sugar free chocolate syrup.

L- Spring Mix with herbs salad with mussels and a few olives.

D-- Deviled eggs made with an avocado filling and some broccoli rabe.
