I love seared ahi.  My local sushi place has some nice appetizers with ahi, but I know at some point I'll want sushi again :D

B: Had coffee and lite soy milk

L: portabella mushroom with one egg ( I fry the mushroom and add the egg on top.  Very filling lunch)

D: cold cucumber soup and ceviche over butter lettuce

Later, one glass of wine, and three stuffed olives

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later- 1 cup Greek yogurt w/ 1 scoop Syntrax Protein powder

L: 3 oz Tuna, 1 boiled Egg & 1 tbsp Miracle Whip

D: 4 oz Chicken thigh & 1/2 cup green beans

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 mins treadmill & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

my chike coming back for a visit while on the ski slopes.

now just staying in. Bed trying to stay hip hydrated.  I have a long travel day tomorrw, so I hope this is a 24 hour thing or less.

Happy weekend everyone!

I'm going to babysit my grandchildren tomorrow.  Its always fun!

Breakfast - salmon and cucumbers in yogurt/balsamic vinegar sauce

Lunch - meatballs and cheese and edameme

Dinner - don't know.  Maybe more salmon, perhaps devilled eggs, or more meatballs.  I need to cook tomorrow!

L: chicken tortilla soup, no tortilla's
S: hummus and pita chips, individual snack size
D: ground sirloin patty with melted colby jack cheese and small side salad

water/vitamins: have to work on this better

B: Dannon Lite and Fit greek yogurt (vanilla)

S: Chike Protein Powder

L: honey ham (5 slices) with Finn rye crisps (3) and Laughing Cow low fat swiss (1)

D: Italian ground turkey (3 oz.) with a bit of kale, cauliflower, and chicken broth

Water: plenty

Exercise: regular activity
