Good morning,

It's raining here again today, I can't wait for it to go away!

 

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later- 1egg w/2 slices bacon

L: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

D: 4 oz steak & 1/2 cup baby peas

S: Cheese stick

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 min strength/weight training & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

Happy Thursday, everyone.

Breakfast - chicken in spaghetti sauce with mozzarella cheese. yum

Lunch - finished that beef stroganoff and some roasted cauliflower

Dinner - I'll finish that chicken with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Tomorrow, I'll have to cook again.  Shopped today for lots of good dishes!

vitamins - like clockwork

Water - 5 out of 6 - doing good today!

exercise - recumbent bike - already done

I am only 1 pound from being "overweight" for the first time in almost 50 years!  But I've been stalled for 10 days awaiting the big goal.  That should be something to celebrate!

i miss home cooked food.  I get home on Sunday and leave for a week lo business trip across 3 cities on Monday.  Rarg!
