YAY!!  PUREED DAY!!

B: 1 ounce hard boiled eggs+avocado, 1/2 ounce mashed potatoes
S: Protein shake + 1T Benefiber + Miralax
L: 2 ounces white beans pureed with pesto! (Should I eat more egg mixture?  Or try white beans pureed with pesto?  The choices are endless!)
S: Protein shake + 1T Benefiber
D: 1-2 ounces super meaty spaghetti sauce, pureed

Vits: 1 of 4
Water: Working on it
Exercise: Skipping it so I can survive choir

L: soup (it's cold again and rainy, perfect soup weather for me)

D: sole with lemon mustard sauce and artichoke with yogurt dill sauce.

I am working really late tonight, so I might take a Fage yogurt with me for snack

A horse if I could! Stress Level is very high and all I want to do is eat!

B - Protein Shake (pre-workout), Egg/Bacon/Cheese on Whole Wheat Toast (post-workout)

S - Quest Bar

L - Turkey Kale Quinoa

S - Probably a BOX of Quest Bars to make up for not having a horse

D - Our kitchen is half packed for the move so probably Thai Beef Salad from down the street

S - Casein Protein so I can throw the tub away

W - Slow but getting there

V - Yep

Happy Thursday peeps!  Noisy neighbors were quiet last night so I got a decent nights sleep

B: ready gourmet easy omelet - egg white, cheddar and broccoli

L: beef tacos with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and a sprinkle of cheese.  TJ's frozen roasted corn on the side OMG YUM!

S: clementine

S2: (pre workout) turkey roll up with low sodium muenster cheese

D: I think baked pork chops with roasted broccoli or sauteed spinach

S: SF ice pop maybe...depends on how late I eat dinner

Fluid: ok

X: shred class tonight

S: mission carb balance small tortilla with a slice of ham and some chedar cheese

L: 5 boiled shrimp with some avocado

S: greek yogurt

D: pork chop with green beans

 

water: doing good

Vitamins: only some calcium left

exercise: on bed rest from disc hernia....
