S:10 turkey pepperoni crisps and 1oz cheddar cheese

D: chicken and green beans

S: hoping to skip but if I need it will be veggies and hummus

Hubby is sick, I'm having sinus issues because of allergies, and my upstairs neighbors are being real aholes and being super loud late at night for THREE NIGHTS IN A ROW ALREADY.  I'm tried, cranky, and UGH.  So I took a sick day today to stay home with my DH while he recovers.

B/L: woke up late so we had brunch.  I made us over easy fried eggs, some shredded brussel sprouts, and center cut bacon.

S: clementine maybe

D: eggface italian mini meatloaf with roasted broccoli on the side or a salad maybe

S: SF ice pop

Fluid: just coffee so far!  eep!

X: might go for a quickie treadmill workout since I'm home anyway

Hope you feel better and they tenants are quiet tonight.  I have a ******g EAR INFECTION my first one EVER.  I told by BF that I think I had a brain tumor.  He treated it with perioxide and olive oil so I'll live BUT now I'm having cramps from HELL!!!

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

L: 6 Chicken & cheese meatballs & 1/4 cup pasta sauce

S: Cheese stick

D: 1 cup Greek yogurt w/2 tsp SF Torani syrup

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: Off day

W: Working on it

V: Done

LAST DAY OF LIQUIDS!!!! YAY RAH YIPPEE!!

3 shakes, 24 grams protein each

Some soup, some popsicles, lots of water.  

I did 40 minutes on the treadmill at 2mph.  I've been trying to increase my duration 5 minutes each time until I reach 60 minutes.  Then I'll increase my incline a bit.  I don't really want to increase my speed much until I get to the 6 week mark when I'm cleared for something other than just walking.
