Hello Ms Shell,

I have never heard or tried kelp noodles....where do you buy them?

I am 2 years out and I like to try diferent recipes, the bacon wrapped Asparagus sound great !!! I buy Belgium bacon at

a german deli here in California , I tell them to slice it thin  so it cooks crispy quite fast.

Hey Georgi!!  I got my kelp noodles online but I hear that Whole Foods carries them.  It's about $4 for a 12oz bag.

Here's a website with lots of info http://www.choosingraw.com/kelp-noodle-101-how-to-prepare-an d-serve-kelp-noodles/

When I soften I don't go through all she wrote.  I either put them in a tomato meat sauce and they start to soften up after 10ish minutes.  Or I put a serving in a bowl of warm water with some lemon juice, about a tablespoon.  Then I go and cook whatever I'm cooking, drain the noodles and toss it in.  It's my new "guilty" pleasure

Thank you  !!! I did look them up and they are less expensive to buy online.  I also found out that they sell them in some korean markets for less money.

I am going to try your recipe,  thanks !!
