A fun thing to do with the crustless quiches is to put 1/2 slice of prosciutto in the cup, then you get a crispy prosciutto crust!

B: Protein shake

S: Baby bel fat free cheese.

L: One boiled egg, cauliflower, Ken's Ranch Dressing.

S: Baby bel fat free cheese, sugar free jello.

D: Steak with broccolini.

S: Sugar free icy pole (popsicle?).

Still liquids...for another 8 days. Yay me!

So...2 protein shakes. Mootopia milk, maybe some low sodium chicken broth with Mrs. Dash for dinner, and a sugar free popsicle or sugar free jello for a snack later.

Does Nexium count as a snack?

UGH...I'm having trouble with my upstairs neighbors being ridiculously loud very late at night and disturbing my beauty rest.  I'm tired and cranky.  I woke up late too and didn't have time to really meal prep.  Looks like I have to start prepping at night again if these neighbors keep it up!

B: nothing but coffee

L: had to buy lunch today.  Got salad with not a lot of lettuce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, avocado, some sprinkled mexican cheese and light ranch dressing on the side

S: maybe a clementine since that's all I have. 

S (pre workout): BH low sodium turkey slice with low sodium slice of muenster

D: baked halibut with roasted broccoli

trying to not snack at night but I am struggling!  UGH

Fluid: ok

X: treadmill/elliptical circuit tonight and possibly weight training on legs with hubby.

B: Coffee w/non dairy creamer....1/2 hr later-1 egg & 2 slices of bacon

L: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk

S: Cheese stick

D: 6 Chicken & cheese meatballs & 1/4 cup pasta sauce

S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk & 1 scoop of Miralax

 

X: 35 mins elliptical, 20 mins treadmill & abs

W: Working on it

V: Done

B - Protein Shake (pre-workout) Ham & Cheese Omlet a couple small bites of grits and half a slice of whole wheat toast (post-workout)

S - Banana

L - Turkey Kale Quinoa and Jalapeno Popper Cauliflower Mash (really good)

S - Greek Yogure

S - Quest Bar

D - not sure we are moving this week so the whole house is turned upside down

S - Casein Protein Shake or "Ice Cream" (need to use it up so I don't have to move it)

W - On track

V - Yep

E - Orange Theory and a Walk, may do something else later not sure
