So...2 protein shakes. Mootopia milk, maybe some low sodium chicken broth with Mrs. Dash for dinner, and a sugar free popsicle or sugar free jello for a snack later.

UGH...I'm having trouble with my upstairs neighbors being ridiculously loud very late at night and disturbing my beauty rest. I'm tired and cranky. I woke up late too and didn't have time to really meal prep. Looks like I have to start prepping at night again if these neighbors keep it up!

L: had to buy lunch today. Got salad with not a lot of lettuce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, avocado, some sprinkled mexican cheese and light ranch dressing on the side
