I know I have huh.  I got burned out on shakes so was trying to incorporate a veggie in my breakfast =)

I just bought some thick sliced bacon and a pound of asparagus, cut off the bottom just a little, and wrap one slice around 3-4 stalks.  Arrange so they stay wrapped and bake 375 until they asparagus feel tender (about 20 minutes or more depending on how the bacon looks too).  I'm all out of asparagus after this week so gotta think of something else.  Will probably make mini crustless quiches
