You know, about 2 months post-op (right around the superbowl) I was craving Diet Dr Pepper, too.  So, I bought some, cracked it open and let it go flat, poured a little over ice...  And I'm over it.  It hurt my tummy and didn't even taste good, and now I'd rather "splurge" on my crystal light or powerade zero!  :)  So funny how our tastes change!

D:  Dunno.  We're attending a Yelp party where the food is catered so I'll have to be very picky or eat something before we go

S:  Raspberry chocolate Greek yogurt, cheese stick

W:  Must DO IT.  I ate corned beef last night and I can feel the bloating in my body from the sodium

I'm tired and this day is dragggginnggggg uGH   and first day of spring?  PHOOEY, it is STILL COLD here in NYC

B: chopped up some leftover corned beef and threw it into scrambled eggs

L: korean beef stir fry with asparagus

S: salt and vinegar almonds

D: TJ's chili lime chicken burger and side of arugula salad

Fluid: ok

X: shred class tonight

I'm shy of one month being 2 years out!

B- Raspberries, Greek Yogurt, cheese stick, coffee w/ almond milk (at different times of course)

S- 2 boiled eggs,

L- Protein bar, chicken and broc bake w brown rice, 

S- quest bar, 1 slice of thin veggie pizza

D- Sticks 1/2 chicken wrap w cucumber sauce

You know, I didn't plan correctly today, was late heading out the door to work, and I've found myself basically grazing all day long.  Boo.  However, I will head home for dinner with the hubby (pesto salmon) and start anew tomorrow!  AND get my C25k going!

S: 2 Oz ham and Pollyo reduced fat cheese stick

L: 1\2 grilled chicken salad with grilled onions, mushrooms, sour cream and salsa

S: 10 cashews, 2 tbsp. Of wasabi peas

D: homemade crabcake, 3 Oz broiled shrimp

Exercise: 2 1/2 mile jog

Vitamins: Done
