11 ounces protein shake (RTD)
2-3 cups of soup
1-2 SF popsicles
I hope to get in an extra lap around my street today (I did three yesterday, today I want to do four). I also want to track the distance this time, so I know how far I'm actually going.

Are you drinking the Premier Protein RTD shakes? I just saw at Costco this weekend they have strawberry flavor. Didn't buy it, but I'm curious to hear what others think about the taste.

I had a potato chip incident last night, and am hoping to keep that behind me. I am going on vacation on Sunday and had a little goal for it -- I'm 2.7 lbs away so I'm not sure I will make it, but that doesn't mean I can't try.
B - chike w/ spinach & kale
S - string cheese
L - cheesy chicken quinoa bake (the end of the non-frozen part)
S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries
D - ranch buffalo chicken meatballs & carrots (or maybe sweet potato)
S - pistachios
E - spin class (complete) - I might go for a swim this afternoon. I signed up for a triathlon in June, so I need to get in the pool a bit.

Hi Ms. Shell. Happy Thursday!!! I've been doing low carb but not the best low carb choices. Not sure what I really think about that. I need to buy more chicken, balk balk!!!! I just gotta keep it real, boooooo.....
B: 1/2 serving cracklins (low carb but no real protein source & high fat!) I should have grabbed my greek yogurt
