B: Warm caramel/mocha Click shake made w/ water
S: 2% cottage cheese w/ cinnamon, stevia and SF caramel Torani
L: Stonyfield super fruits 0% GY
S: Small mocha latte made w/ skim milk, 1 egg w/ 1 slice of cheese
D: Not sure, something easy, it's packing night
S: Probably none, been having dinner really late
Vits: Half done, will finish later
Exercise: Just doing laundry and packing for my trip to Cali tonight
Liquids: Chuggin' some water as I type this

L: 7 oz Greek yogurt w/1 tsp SF Torani syrup
S: Protein shake w/1 cup unsweetened almond milk
D: 1/2 chicken & steak fajitas, no tortilla or rice (going out w/hubby for dinner)

B - hard boiled egg and jalapeno cheddar cheese - this was a BIG breakfast for me. I'm still in shock I made it through the egg. It sure stuck with me until lunchtime.
L - 1.5 oz smoked salmon
D - who knows.. I'm thinking it will be venison pieces picked out of stew again
