I didn't start thinking in terms of mealtimes until I was on solids at about 1 month out. And it was a long time before I had room for anything other than the dense proteins! Just enjoy the ride. You'll get there soon enough!

Happy Hump Day Ms. Shell!!! I'm not liking my day so far. I need to get my head screwed on right!
B: 1 slice smoked gouda cheese, 1/2 serving turkey pepperoni crisps, 1 spoonful of red pepper hummus (it was 2 spoonfuls but my mouth caught on fire, this stuff is HOT!)
S: Atkins Bar (see what I mean?)
L: Shrimp Kabob over a bed of greens (this is a planned lunch)

Been off my "routine" for the past 2 weeks, as our company has been moving to a new building. I can definitely tell on the scale. Ready to get back in the swing of things!!

exercise - week2/day2 couch to 5k when I get home tonight.
B: ready gourmet egg white omelet with broccoli and cheddar, half a fiber one english muffin
L: chicken sausage and onions sauteed in tomato paste and balsamic vinegar, a side of sauteed escarole, and one thin polenta round
S: salt and vinegar almonds...worse than crack! I count them out though or I'd eat the whole container.
D: korean stir fry beef with asparagus and less than 1/4 cup of brown rice

Have you had the dill almonds from Costco? I'm grateful that they don't carry them year round because I could live on these suckers.
