Well, this was yesterday night, but it was so good I had to mention it: buffalo salmon. Saw a recipe in Epicurious and adapted it. Don't know how it would be without the butter but I'll be trying that soon- maybe spraying with butter flavored Pam.
1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Wings sauce (0 carbs, 0 cal)
2-3 tsp. butter
salmon filet, about 1 inch thick, I used a 8 ounce piece with skin on and split with husband and son.
Melt the butter in the sauce in the microwave about 30 seconds. Pour over the salmon and bake at 425 for about 12 minutes.
B: Chocolate protein shake
L: Green chicken soup
D: Crab cakes (can't WAIT)
S: Pure Protein chocolate peanut butter bar (first one I've ever had - a little heavy), mozzarella cheese stick
