L: chicken fiesta salad but feeling like tossing my cookies right now
S: one small slice of boiled corned beef and a few pieces of cabbage (hopefully)...this will be pre-workout

X: trying a spin class for the first time ever tonight! Maybe my upset tummy is nerves?

2-3 8 ounce cups of soup
1-2 SF popsicles
Hopefully an 11 ounce protein shake to get in more protein, some vitamins, and fluids.
