It is a hungry day.  I am a bit nervous about it :/

 

B - chike w/ kale & spinach

S - clementine & string cheese

L - buffalo ranch meatballs w/ carrots

S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries

D - cheesy chicken quinoa bake

S - pistachios

E - 4 mile run

W - on track

V - forgot at home - have tonight.

Wow Ms. Shell, that would be hard for me.  I love fried chicken!!!

B: small chicken leg & small wing (barely any meat on that wing!)

S: Turkey Pepperoni Crisps, 1 slice smoked gouda cheese

L: Chicken Breast

S: Greek Yogurt

D: Chicken Breast (maybe 1/2 or most) steamed veggies

Water, Walking, Vits are on track!

Feeling icky today...blah

B: Ready Gourmet Easy Omelette - egg white, broccoli and cheddar with half a fiber one english muffin

L: chicken fiesta salad but feeling like tossing my cookies right now

S: one small slice of boiled corned beef and a few pieces of cabbage (hopefully)...this will be pre-workout

D: chicken sausage with sauteed escarole

 

Fluid: ok

no vits

X: trying a spin class for the first time ever tonight!  Maybe my upset tummy is nerves?

2-3 8 ounce cups of soup

1-2 SF popsicles

Hopefully an 11 ounce protein shake to get in more protein, some vitamins, and fluids.
