B: 3.5oz of low carb quiche (broccoli, cheese, onion, and turkey bacon)

S: hard boiled egg and half a piece of Italian turkey sausage

L: grilled chicken leg and french style green beans

S: pimento cheese and celery

D: salmon and brussel sprouts

S: protein shake

W: On it

E: Workout for 1:15 on my lunch break (cardio and weights) and will also swim (laps mostly) for 45 mins after work

I made the most surprisingly delicious salmon last night.  I tweaked the recipe from an epicurious one.  Get a salmon filet- about 1/2 pound.  Combine 1/2 cup Frank's wing sauce (0 carbs) with 1 tablespoon butter in the microwave.  Pour 1/2 sauce  over salmon abs cook at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes.  Serve with rest of sauce.  I never expected this to be so good!! Mmm. I'm a convert.
