Well I thing I had a pretty good food day, thank God. Here's how it went:

I made the most surprisingly delicious salmon last night. I tweaked the recipe from an epicurious one. Get a salmon filet- about 1/2 pound. Combine 1/2 cup Frank's wing sauce (0 carbs) with 1 tablespoon butter in the microwave. Pour 1/2 sauce over salmon abs cook at 425 degrees for about 12 minutes. Serve with rest of sauce. I never expected this to be so good!! Mmm. I'm a convert.
