Data Lovers? (Weight & Body Fat)
So, I was stalled for about a week (the horrors!), but was feeling really strong and seeing my body fat % drop consistently throughout the week. I am kind of a data nerd, so I decided to graph my weight and body fat % over the past 3 months. I think adding in some consistent full body weight lifting is helping me make progress, maybe it is just mental, but I like it.
Here is my data - I got it off of myfitnesspal. There is this cool add on that makes it very easy to download your data: http://foodfastfit.com/
So - I ussually wear my fitbit. It tracks my steps which is cool, but I track my exercise as I do it. So often on myfitnesspal, the fitbit calorie adjustment is nulled out. What I like about it, is that it does make me more aware of the stairs vs the elevator, and how inactive i am when I am working from home.
I love the scale more than the fitbit b/c it track it. When I would have a bad day before, I would not note it down and that would lead me to getting off track easier. So everymorning I hop on and it gets tracked for me. The bodyfat% is kind of cool too b/c when you are stalling on weight it is nice to see the fat going down.
The Aria scale rules! (Data junky here also)
