Lou I am with you on this one. I feel the best I've ever felt in years and I plan to keep this going for the long hall.

amen, amen we're moving on, yes Lord.

No more pills, no more diets, no more fat jokes, no more not fitting in the seats, no more sleepless nights, no more extra large clothing, no more not enjoying life, no more seating around , but walking or running, no more feeling sad, the sleeve will make you free, but you have to work for it.

With arms full of faith and a positive outlook we'll make it.

Stay well my friend.

88 Lou

Oh I am going through the same thing.  I am like - I am doing everything right, it will be fine.  But I still get worried.  I am trying to focus on my bodyfat % going down, my physical ability at the gym being so much more.

And the big difference between now and pre-op, is it is so much easier to stay on plan.  A crappy weight loss week is not causing me to go running to the thai place (or wing place).

You got it.  We can totally do it!

That's a good idea Stacy. I will think about getting a scale that measures body fat %

It's how a lot of us lose.  Eventually you'll notice that while the scale doesn't move, your clothes get bigger.   Pounds off, then inches off.  Reminds me of watching my boys grow up - they'd get chubby, then suddenly sprout up a few inches, then get chubby again, then get taller again....

Highest weight:  287    Surgery weight:  279   Current weight:  150
