My 2nd to last night shift for 2 weeks! Woot!!
B (right now...lol) - roast chicken and smoked jalapeno cheddar
L - Crustless Southwestern Quiche
D - won't have time to get another meal in before MFP rolls into tomorrow. I do have some cottage cheese to eat around 3-4 am.
Drank a protein shake earlier and will probably have another. Until my portion sizes increase pretty dramatically I guess I'm going to have to supplement.

I didn't do great on breakfast (sugar free pudding) or lunch (I ate some rice with my tofu curry) but my husband found an amazing recipe for no-carb pizza and tried it out. We didn't use the sauce recipe, just the pizza crust. It turned out pretty good! Below is the link:
