Today started a little off for me, I left 3/4 of my protein shake at home this morning on the way to the gym, but it all worked out.
B - 1/4 chike + string cheese
S - string cheese + clementine
L - turkey ranch buffalo meatballs w/ carrots
S - greek yogurt w/ strawberries
D - general tso's w/ cabbage salad
S - pistachios
E - spinning
W - on track
V - now

Hello everyone, I've been reading the board for the last couple of days and thought I'd join back in. Back to OH after regaining about 40 lbs over the last 18 mos, went back to protein shakes on Monday and Tuesday just to break the carb cycle. I did discover that I still don't get really hungry, but that doesn't stop the head hunger (carb monster) from rearing it's ugly head. So I'm back to the basics and will go from there.
B: 4 oz chicken breast w/1 tbsp miracle whip
L: Protein shake w/almond milk
D: 4 oz leftover Meatloaf & 3-4 asparagus stalks
S: Protein shake w/almond milk
X: 35 mins on elliptical & 15 min on treadmill
W: In the process

Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - parmesan crusted chicken, roasted zucchini and red peppers
Dinner - spicy chicken in peanut sauce or a hamburger with melted cheese.

Afternoon Snack: Coffee with 2 tbsp half and half
D: 15 boiled shrimp, sauteed zuchinni
Exercise: 2.75 mile run on my lunch break

B: Chike iced coffee with almond milk (love this, but I mix it half strength so I don't overdo the caffeine)
L: leftover hamburger (about 1.5 oz) and pork sausage (about 1 oz) from dinner. Didn't go over very well.
D: Family is having spaghetti because my husband has his PT test tomorrow. I am making baked ricotta also.
Snack: rosemary garlic almond and pistachio mix, another half Chike iced coffee
W: getting there
V: halfway there
E: tonight during my daughter's math class, some intense cardio and weights if I have time--it's only an hour.

Uggg, scratch exercise for me today. Have been having right shoulder pain off and on and it's definitely on now. Seeing my PCM Monday and will ask about it, because my gallbladder (which was the cause) has been out for 6 weeks and it still hurts. So it's flexeril and staying home for me tonight.
