Is this week over yet?  I'm so sleepy...

B: piece of egg frittata and 3 slices of a cara cara orange

L: two homemade lean beef meatballs w/ tomato sauce and a side of mixed greens with beets and a sprinkle of bleu cheese

S: BH maple turkey and a slice of BH low sodium muenster

D: leftover sauteed chicken with asparagus and zucchini with a sprinkle of mozzarella...some spinach on the side too!

Fluid: ok

vits: blergh

X: doctor's appt tonight, not sure I'll make it!

L: one chicken sausage link w/ peppers and onions and 1/8 c of red sauce

S: hopefully nothing but if I must it will be a cheese stick

D: chicken and a bit of veggies

S: again hoping to skip but if I have one maybe some almonds or pepperoni crisps

Dinner:
5 oz grilled cod, no butter or oil

Snacks:
3 c Boom Chicka Lite Popcorn
1 full Graham Cracker with 1/4 TB Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
8 oz Skim Milk
1/2 c Pumpkin Fluff - recipe below
(1 can of pumpkin, 8 oz of SF Cool Whip, 1 sm SF Butterscotch Pudding) 1.5 c Skim Milk, Cinnamon to taste!!!)

I did horrbily today. I had a training so I was away from my office and I made good choices because I packed my food but I couldn't finish eating any of it so everything on my list is an estimation and I never even got close to a protein goal. I guess it's better than over eating right?
