B-Hot Chocolate protein drink with 2 tsp instant coffee

L-Chopped egg salad with light mayo and veggies

S-Greek yogurt or half a Quest bar

Afternoon coffee with soy creamer

D-Dinner at Caribbean resto..so either a fish or chicken dish.

Water and vits..on track

Excercise-30 min eliptical
