I started by day off by unexpecting taking my son to the doctor so I was running around until 11:30am when I finally left for work.
B: Iced Coffee from Starbucks w/SF vanilla syrup & nonfat milk, 1 slice of 70 cal. smoked gouda cheese
L: 1 fried chicken leg, side of cole slaw that I drained the best I could. The fried chicken leg is bad enough!
D: Chicken thigh & some steamed veggies
Water & Vits need to get better. I started late today.

Blessings on Ash Wednesday to all of you. I hope, whether you're religious or now, that the next 45 days are filled with positive. My Lenten sacrifices are really additions, this year. I'm committing to daily exercise. I have to get serious about this. I've also made prayerful commitment to, at least once a day, do something to improve the world in which I live...a charitable donation, a random act of kindness, doing my kids' chores, etc...
B - Yogurt
L - Fajitas (chicken, onions, and peppers only...no tortilla) and egg
D - Feta stuffed chicken breast.
Well I had my meals all planned and pre-logged on MFP and whadya know, nausea got the best of me... So here's how it ended up
B - 3 tbs egg whites and 2 strips of turkey bacon
S/L -Saltines to keep from puking
L/S - 3 slices of hillshire farms honey ham
D - gonna try some shrimp but it's not looking promising
W - yeah right (puke city, gotta find some other options)
V - couldn't swallow those either
E - not cleared yet but walked some
